Level 3 Signs Multi-Year Agreement with Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Level 3 Communications (News - Alert), a provider of communications services, stated that it is now the official network provider for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and has signed a multi-year business-to-business agreement to deploy faster connectivity options at Buccaneers locations, including the Raymond James Stadium and the club’s headquarters, One Buccaneer Place.


Karl Strohmeyer, group vice president of North America enterprise at Level 3, commented, “Level 3 is proud to work with the Buccaneers to provide a secure network solution that not only provides the network to interconnect their key locations, but also is a critical component of improving the customer experience at the stadium. The Buccaneers asserted that the signing of Level 3 as the official network provider only showcased its passion for innovation and, with Level 3, its team will receive the technology necessary to deliver high quality connectivity.

With a continuously upgradeable IP network, Level 3 exclaimed that its Internet services enable users to support their customers, employees and partners with fast, dedicated and reliable global access for their website and online applications.

In related news, FOX Network recently selected Level 3 to broadcast the UEFA Champions League Soccer Final throughout the U.S. and Level 3, Blue Jeans Network collaborated to develop Cloud-based Video Conferencing solution.
