Mobile Labs Introduces New Device Refresh Subscription Program for Mobile Development and QA TeamsMobile Labs, a leading provider of mobile device clouds to Global 2000 mobile developers and testers, today launched a yearly, subscription-based device refresh program for enterprise mobility teams leveraging the organization's GigaFox™ Red and GigaFox™ Silver mobile testing solutions. Mobile Labs' device refresh program will enable mobile development and QA teams to swap out or exchange older mobile devices for new models once they become available. Or if testing teams need older devices for app testing, subscribers of the program can enlist Mobile Labs to locate and acquire these devices. The device refresh program features three subscription levels - silver, gold and platinum - with the silver package automatically included for GigaFox Silver customers. Depending on the number of devices being used, this program allows customers o exchange a certain number of devices per year. All devices acquired by Mobile Labs under this program are also under warranty and will be replaced at no charge to the customer if they are no longer functioning properly. Last week, Mobile Labs also announced the launch of its GigaFox Family Testing Suite, including both GigaFox Red and GigaFox Silver. Both solutions make mobile devices easily accessible via a privately hosted cloud environment for easier device management and access for mobile app development and quality assurance teams regardless of geographical location.
