Features of the Selfeo App

Selfeo will transform a single screen on a single device into a customized, multi-screen viewing environment with a simple, one-click option that will allow users to immerse themselves into any other live or stored internet video content accessible through the Selfeo app.

Creating a Selfeo experience allows each user to make their voice heard and personality seen, whether it is commenting on the latest trending viral video, weighing in on breaking political news, or breaking down the highlights from Monday Night Football.

Selfeo can be streamed live to a group of users, broadcast out to the world or stored for later viewing within the Selfeo app or elsewhere on the Internet. Even as videos stream from separate sources, they are simultaneously displayed in Selfeo's multiple windows.

GEM is in a collaborative partnership with iHeart Radio to reach its 75 million daily-devoted listeners. Selfeo ads will be featured over 10 times daily and will also see personal endorsements from iHeart Radio's top four DJs. GEM in conjunction with iHeart Radio will host a nationwide contest where Selfeo users will be invited to make a 20 second Selfeo based on the topic of the day. iHeart Radio will announce four winners each day for 30 days, with exciting awards to the winners, including cash prizes and two tickets to the NFL's Super Bowl 50 in San Francisco, California.


GEM's marketing blitz is multifaceted and designed to reach a broad cross-section of the millennial market. The campaign will include:

  • The Selfeo Blimp will be flying over the Super Bowl and promoted at halftime.
