MyGO Games Holding Co. Establishes Advisory Board of Industry Veterans


AUSTIN, Texas --(Business Wire)--

MYGO GAMES HOLDING CO. (OTCQB:MYGG) announces the formation of its mobile and online game Advisory Board, whose mission is to provide strategic guidance and insights to MYGG's directors and officers.

The MYGG Advisory Board is composed of influential senior executives and game development and publishing veterans with experience in array of leadership positions at Electronic Arts (EA), Sony Online Entertainment, Zynga (News - Alert) (ZNGA), Ubisoft (UBI), Kabam, and many other notable gaming companies. The new Advisory Board members' subject expertise includes software engineering, game development, game production, free-to-play monetization strategy, artificial intelligence applications in gaming, and mobile and online branded gaming strategy.

MYGG launched its Advisory Board this month in anticipation of its upcoming releases under the GO franchise and welcomed the following members:

Anthony Castoro - Mr. Castoro is a seasoned game professional and entrepreneur with considerable international experience in game development and production. Most recently, Mr. Castoro served as Studio Director at Capital Games/EA, was responsible for Capital Games Austin, was Executive Producer on Heroes of Dragon Age, and had site administration and management responsibilities for a team of 65+ across four US-based cities. Prior to Capital Games, Mr Castoro Co-Founded Heatwave Interactive, which began with $7.5 million in Series A capital and went on to raise over $24M via venture and debt financing. While CEO at Heatwave, Mr. Castoro worked with brands and celebrities including Samuel L. Jackson, Jamie Foxx, CMT, Universal Music Group (News - Alert), Sony Music, MTV, and HBO. Mr. Castoro's other past roles include: Director of MMO Gaming, Codemasters; Producer Online Studio, EA; Producer of UO, EA/Origin; Lead Systems Designer, Sony Online Entertainment; Lead Designer, Origin Systems (EA). In addition to his professional pursuits, Mr. Castoro is an active contributor to the Gaming Advisory Board, Icarus Interstellar, and the Executive Board of Advisors, University of Texas GAMMA Capstone (News - Alert) Program.

Gregory Meador - Mr. Meaor is an experienced game development executive with a strong acumen for team leadership and project management. After starting his career with General Electric, Mr. Meador joined Kesmai to run the development team for the popular WWII online flight simulator game, "Air Warrior" - a pioneer in MMO. After four years, Mr. Meador ventured out to expand his gaming leadership experience by managing the online infrastructure for Ubisoft, the developers of Madden Football with EA Sports, and the central technology group for Midway Games. In 2007, Mr. Meador joined Mock Science as Studio Director, where he helped position the company to be acquired by Challenge Games, which was subsequently acquired by Zynga. In 2012, Mr. Meador ventured into mobile games, where he joined InMotion Software, a pioneer in smart phone and tablet development, and the creators of the popular "I Dig It" mobile franchise.



Michael Sellers - Mr. Sellers is a Professor of Practice in the Media School at Indiana University (News - Alert). Prior to joining IU, Mr. Sellers designed MMO games, online social and mobile games for over twenty years. Mr. Sellers has founded and led three successful game studios and has worked for notable game developers such as 3DO, Electronic Arts, Kabam, and Rumble Entertainment as a Lead Designer, Executive Producer, General Manager, and Creative Director. In addition to his work in games, Mr. Sellers has conducted and published original research in artificial intelligence and taught classes in artificial intelligence for games through Uppsala University in Sweden.

Gordon Walton - Mr. Walton has been authoring games and managing game development since 1977. Currently President of Art & Craft Entertainment, Inc., a mobile game company focused on experiences that create and nurture communities, Mr. Walton possesses up-to-date industry knowledge and a substantial experience base from which to draw. Prior positions include: VP and Exec Producer at Playdom (News - Alert) Austin, VP and co-Studio General Manager at Bioware Austin working on Star Wars®: The Old Republic™; VP, Executive Producer and Studio Manager at Sony Online Entertainment in Austin, working on an unannounced product and Star Wars Galaxies at Sony Online Entertainment; VP and Executive Producer of The Sims Online at Electronic Arts/Maxis; VP and Executive Producer at Origin Systems managing Ultima Online™; and Senior VP and General Manager of Kesmai Studios, where he oversaw the development of several MMOGs including Air Warrior™ and Multiplayer Battletech™. As a developer of more than 30 games, personally, and overseer of the development of more than 200 games, Mr. Walton is a regular speaker at industry gatherings and advises multiple game educational programs, including the Gaming Academy at the University of Texas in Austin.
