CHARGE Anywhere Donates Mobile Payment Solutions to Charity Golf Outing

CHARGE Anywhere has announced that the company donated its multi-award winning mobile payment solutions to the annual Chicago Bulls/Verizon Wireless Charity Golf Outing. By providing these PCI (News - Alert) validated payment solutions, CHARGE Anywhere makes it possible for the Chicago Bulls to securely accept credit card payments and donations during the golf outing using Motorola Droid smartphones provided by Verizon (News - Alert) Wireless. 

The annual Chicago Bulls/Verizon Wireless Charity Golf Outing was held on Monday, August 30, 2010 at the White Pines Golf Club in Bensenville, IL. The event featured a variety of Bulls players, announcers and personalities.

CHARGE Anywhere's PCI PA DSS validated mobile point-of-sale solutions will enable CharitaBulls to accept credit card payments anywhere on the golf course for raffles and donations in a secure environment, ensuring ease of payment and helping eliminate security risks.

According to Bulls.com,  all proceeds will benefit CharitaBulls, the Bulls charity arm and Prevent Child Abuse America. The secure mobile payment application for Android (News - Alert) smartphones utilizes CHARGE Anywhere's PCI-DSS Level 1 validated payment gateway, providing safe processing of all card transactions. CHARGE Anywhere's payment solution allows users to process payments securely and in real-time. Moreover, real-time revenue reporting is key to success for the one-day event.
