Celerant Technology has successfully completed the web development and retail software integration of St. Bernard Sports.

 

A privately held corporation, Celerant Technology provides high-quality, advanced retail management software systems to retail organizations.

 

According to Ian Goldman, Celerant Technology president and CEO, in addition to the implementation of Celerant Command Retail into their five brick and mortar locations, Celerant has developed and launched the St. Bernard Sports web site, incorporating sophisticated e-commerce technology with one centralized database.

 

Celerant’s web team also implemented advanced features such as dynamic navigation that enables customers to quickly find styles based on specific criteria, including brand, size, and price. Goldman added that the site also features custom sale departments, a dynamic shipping calculator for every product page, and advanced wish list capabilities, enabling increased efficacy and usability.

St. Bernard Sports has five locations across Texas. It sells a variety of specialty outdoor sporting equipment, footwear, and accessories, along with winter and summer apparel for men, women and children.

According to Charlie Goyer, E-Commerce Manager at St. Bernard Sports, when St. Bernard Sports began working with Celerant to replace its previous e-commerce site, it was excited about the possibilities for advancement and for the opportunity to have a website that would be a direct extension of its stores. St. Bernard Sports worked with Celerant’s web team to create a clean looking layout and ensure ease of navigation. Goyer added that St. Bernard Sports is looking forward to making further advancements to the website’s design and add features that will enable customers to get more out of the site.

Celerant Technology offers an array of advanced e-commerce features, including enhanced multi-level navigation, a dynamic shipping calculator, custom sale departments based on price points, tracking recently viewed items and showing suggested items based on these, and the ability to e-mail wish list items directly from the product page.
