"We sell 100 percent of our merchandise online, so when a customer visits our Web site, it's critical we deliver a top-notch online shopping experience to attract and retain customers,” said Justin Leming, IT Director for TGW.com. “The Golf Warehouse said that Level 3's Total Site Performance solution cut our load time in half from 10 seconds to five without the need to add additional hardware.”
“However, when we did add new servers, Level 3's services again cut our load time in half from five seconds to 2.5,” he added. “This not only increased the amount of time that customers spend on our Web site, but also the likelihood they'll make a purchase."
