Oki Golf Debuts New Mobile Web Application

Oki Golf has announced that the company will introduce a new mobile web application very soon. Users will be redirected to the mobile web application by visiting the website their through smartphone Internet browsers. Along with tracking their Oki Golf Players Card activity, users can connect with other golfers, access special offers, and book tee times.

Aside from the rates for all of Oki Golf’s 11 premier courses, the mobile website also includes a portfolio with information, course tours, the company stated in a press release.

“Customers are more connected than ever before in this era of smart phones,” said Nancy Cho, president and CEO of Oki Golf. “With the website and mobile application, users have one hub to communicate with their existing golf buddies and to find a whole new community of golfers. They can connect with golfers with similar skill levels and preferences, join playing groups and easily fill foursomes at all of our courses.”

Users will be able to book a tee time for an exclusive complimentary golf day to kick off the spring golf season on Sunday, March 11 through the website and mobile option. On a first come, first served basis, reservations will be available for any Oki Golf course and can be made online only.

Also, in celebration of the mobile launch, users who sign up for a profile on their computer by May 1, 2012 will receive $10 off their next round.

Recently, it was announced that Kenya was voted “Undiscovered Golf Destination of the Year” by the International Association of Golf Tour Operators. At the 2011 World Travel Market in London, Tourism minister Najib Balala officially launched the Kenya Golf Guide. During the 2011 International Golf Travel Market held in Turkey, Kenya was one of eight countries nominated as the best golfing destination.
