"We're proud to be longstanding partners of TUGG as we go into the 8th
annual Tech Gives Back event," said Pamela Aldsworth, Head of Venture
Capital Relationship Management at Silicon Valley Bank. "Our clients,
partners and employees look forward to Tech Gives Back every year so
we've expanded the event beyond Boston to give more of the tech
community an opportunity to get involved. This year, Tech Gives Back
will have more than 90 volunteer sites in Massachusetts, California,
Colorado, New York, Texas, Canada and England."
"TUGG's Tech Gives Back is the largest industry-focused philanthropic
event in Boston, and one of the largest in the world," said TUGG
Executive Director Mike Cole. "We've grown organically from 200
volunteers in our inaugural year to almost 3,000 worldwide as our
partners roll out similar events across the country. We've positioned
ourselves as a conduit to make community service easy for the tech
community and are always delighted to see the number of volunteers,
sponsors, and non-profits increase each year."
