ExteNet to Acquire Axiom Fiber Networks, Increasing Fiber Footprint in New York CityCHICAGO, July 26, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- ExteNet Systems, the leading provider of Distributed Network Systems (DNS) enabling advanced cellular, wireless and broadband connectivity, announced it entered into agreement to acquire MetroFiber Co., LLC, d/b/a Axiom Fiber Networks. Axiom Fiber Networks is a telecommunications infrastructure services provider operating in the greater New York City metropolitan region. The acquisition increases ExteNet's fiber footprint in the New York City metro area. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
