Developed to prepare tomorrow's leaders for an increasingly STEM-focused future, the partnership will help shape great STEM experiences for Boys & Girls Club members across the country, while simultaneously developing a cadre of Club professionals to facilitate the DIY STEM program. This program serves as the entry-point for all Club members' STEM learning experience and connects youth to science themes they encounter regularly. "We share Boys & Girls Clubs' same passion and dedication to helping young people realize their dreams and explore future careers in STEM fields." Samsung's partnership with Boys & Clubs of America will bring the DIY STEM program to 25 Clubs and train 150 Club professionals in 2017. Ultimately, the collaboration is aimed at helping Boys & Girls of America reach the goal of engaging 50 percent of members in STEM programming by 2020.
