Ping Identity Grows Executive Team and Celebrates a Record 1 Billion Identities ProtectedPing Identity®, The Identity Security CompanyTM, today announced two executive hires to steer advancements in engineering and field operations with the additions of Ed Murray as Executive Vice President of Engineering and David Packer as Senior Vice President of Field Operations. As Executive Vice President of Engineering, Murray brings more than 20 years of experience to scale Ping Identity's growth in product management, engineering, R&D and operations. Most recently he led R&D and SaaS (News - Alert) operations at Computerware/Gomez and achieved significant improvements in R&D productivity, product quality and time to market for the company's workforce optimization software. With more than 20 years of software field operations experience, including leadership roles in sales, alliances, professional services and support, Packer will oversee the growth and development of Ping Identitys field sales team. Previously, Packer led field operations at E2open, a fast-growth supply chain SaaS company that went public in 2012.
