Bizrate Names 140 Online Retailers to the 2014 Bizrate Circle of Excellence


LOS ANGELES --(Business Wire)--

Bizrate® Insights, a division of Connexity and one of the largest sources of consumer-generated reviews of online retailers in the United States, today announced the winners of its 15th annual Bizrate Circle of Excellence Awards. The Award recognizes retailers that received outstanding online customer satisfaction scores throughout a one-year period, as rated by millions of verified online buyers.

The 2014 Bizrate Circle of Excellence Award was earned by only 140 online retailers, representing the top 2.9% of retailers in North America utilizing the Bizrate survey. Among the Award winners, 80 retailers received the highest distinction, the Platinum Award. The Bizrate Circle of Excellence Platinum Award is conferred to retailers that not only achieved winner status, but also earned a score of at least 9.0 out of 10.0 in all seven key satisfaction indicators reviewed for the Award.
