PostFinance-Patrick Graf appointed as new Head of Corporate Center(ENP Newswire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) ENP Newswire - 28 September 2014 Release date- 29092014 - The PostFinance Board of Directors has named Patrick Graf as the new Head of Corporate Center and a member of the Executive Board as of 1 October 2014. He has held various positions at PostFinance over the past ten years, and is currently Head of Legal Service and Compliance. Patrick Graf (1973) has headed the PostFinance Corporate Center on an interim basis for the past two months. The Board of Directors has now definitively confirmed his appointment as the new Head of Corporate Center and a member of the Executive Board as of 1 October 2014. He will take over from Thierry Kneissler, who stood down to become CEO of the subsidiary Monexio AG. Patrick Graf has worked for PostFinance since January 2005. He started out as project manager, took over responsibility for Compliance in 2007 and became the Head of the new Legal Service and Compliance section in 2012. In this role, he was also the Deputy Head of Corporate Center. The unit now comprises Risk Management, Projects, Process Management and Risk Control as well as Legal Service and Compliance. 130 employees work in the PostFinance Corporate Center (115 full-time equivalents). Patrick Graf, who was born in Solothurn, studied law and business administration at the University of St. Gallen before completing an Executive MBA in Financial Services and Insurance.
