Robbery of Wells Fargo Bank Branch in Philadelphia
Feb 13, 2013 (JUSTICE DEPARTMENT DOCUMENTS AND PUBLICATIONS/ContentWorks via COMTEX) -- Robbery of Wells Fargo Bank Branch in Philadelphia FBI Philadelphia February 12, 2013 Special Agent J.J. Klaver (215) 418-4043 The Philadelphia Police Department and the FBI are seeking the public's assistance to identify and locate the subject responsible for the robbery yesterday afternoon of the Wells Fargo Bank branch located at 5119 Frankford Avenue in the Frankford section of the city.
At approximately 4:47 p.m. on February 11, 2013, the subject entered the bank and handed a teller a demand note. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the subject fled the area of the bank.
The subject is described as a white male in his early 30s, approximately 5'6" tall, with a long face and a short beard. He wore a green coat with furry trim on the hood, a dark-colored Phillies baseball cap, and jeans.
This subject is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information about this robbery or this subject is urged to call the FBI at 215-418-4000 or the Philadelphia Police Department. There may be a reward for information leading to this subject's capture.
