CareTech Solutions Names Robert M. Johnson as Chief Financial Officer
TROY, Mich. --(Business Wire)--
CareTech Solutions, an information technology (IT) and Web products and
services company for more than 200 U.S. hospitals, announced today the
appointment of Robert M. Johnson as Chief Financial Officer.

Johnson has more than 25 years of financial management and leadership
experience including general accounting, financial planning, costing and
pricing, treasury management, and work in acquisition and divestiture
transactions. He was most recently the Chief Financial Officer for
Palace Sports & Entertainment, where he was responsible for all
financial, information technology, and retail functions at the
enterprise, and was integral in the sale of the Detroit Pistons
Basketball franchise in 2011.
Johnson received a Bachelor of Accountancy and Masters of Finance from
Walsh College. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of
Michigan and a member of the Board of the Michigan Association of
Certified Public Accountants (MACPA).
