Nov 26, 2012 (The Morning Call (Allentown - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- Bethlehem police said a man delivering Chinese food was robbed by a group of people on Saturday night.
The robbery happened around 9:40 p.m. at a home at 1545 Englewood St., police said.
Police said one person in the group was armed with an object described as a baseball bat or section of pipe. Police did not identify the victim.
According to police: Police said a worker with Garden Family Restaurant arrived at the home to deliver an order. When he arrived, he told police there was a girl who looked to be in her teens sitting on the front steps.
When the victim walked up to the porch, he told police he was attacked from behind and knocked to the ground.
The suspects took the man's cell phone, food order and an undetermined amount of cash.
Police said the victim could only give a vague description of the suspects, saying there were three men and one woman.
