BRIEF: Sports Roundup: Jr. Bulls American legion results

Jun 22, 2012 (Corning Observer - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- American Legion Baseball Redding 14, Red Bluff 4 The Red Bluff Jr. Bulls -- with a number of Corning High players on its roster -- were beaten by the Cobras in Redding on Thursday, 14-4.

Sam Geveden collected two of Red Bluff's seven hits, with Ryan Gamboa adding a double and driving in three runs. Drew Fissori, Walker Dodero, Kyle Martin and Danny Vietti all singled for the Jr. Bulls.

Geveden also stole three bases, with Vietti swiping a pair.
