Bar-None Construction Has Completed 16 Dugouts for the Lewis County Sports Complex Bar-None Construction has finished building 16 dugouts for the Lewis County sports complex located behind the Centralia High School football stadium. Blakeley and Hout donated the materials for two of the dugouts and Tin Men Supply provided the roof metal for four.

Bar-None donated the labor and the remaining materials. The construction company organized and produced the dugouts, worth about $45,000, in between other projects.

During the stormy weather this winter, three unfinished dugouts were damaged and had to be rebuilt. The 16-dugout project took a year to complete.
