Global Manufacturer Accelerates Performance and Business Collaboration by Leveraging Ultimate Software's UltiPro
WESTON, Fla. --(Business Wire)--
Ultimate
Software (Nasdaq: ULTI), a leading cloud provider of people
management solutions, announced today Flow International Corporation
(Nasdaq: FLOW), the world's leading developer and manufacturer of
industrial waterjet machines for cutting and cleaning applications, is
using the UltiPro solution to generate companywide
business intelligence, redirect tactical activities into
strategic initiatives, and elevate its operations into a
high-performance culture.
Previously, Flow handled its global HCM operations with more than a
dozen systems, including stand-alone payroll, benefits, and performance
management. As a result, managers and employees had no visibility into
information, HR was reliant on manual efforts, emails, and spreadsheets,
and the team frequently struggled with cumbersome data. Flow found it
difficult to promote effective collaboration among the global HR team
without quick access to one

company purchased UltiPro
in October 2010; completed a quick deployment of the solution for
recruitment, onboarding, benefits management, performance management,
and payroll for U.S.- and Canada-based
employees in March 2011; and has now rolled out UltiPro's HR and
talent management functionality to its international workforce.
