Tax Reform Bill a Big Step for Internet Gambling in WashingtonST. On February 23, US Senators Ron Wyden and Judd Gregg introduced the Bipartisan Tax Fairness and Simplification Act of 2010, a bill to simplify and reform the US tax code. The proposal includes a number of tax cuts, which the authors intend to offset by regulating and taxing Internet gambling.
