Broadview Networks to provide Voice and Data Communications for Wachovia Center, 76ers and Flyers

Broadview Networks, a network-based business communications provider announced that will be providing voice and data telecommunications services to the Wachovia Center, 76ers and Flyers.
Pennsylvania-based Wachovia Center is owned by Comcast (News - Alert)-Spectacor which is a subsidiary of Comcast Corporation. It hosts fans of various sporting events and concerts. It is also home to the National Hockey League’s Philadelphia Flyers and the National Basketball Association’s Philadelphia 76ers.
The arena has the capacity to seat more than 20,000 people and has 126 luxury suites, 1,880 club seats and other restaurants and clubs. Besides the arena also has the offices, studios and production facilities of Comcast Sportsnet or CSN Philadelphia which is a regional cable television programmer, said official sources.

Mike Ahearn, vice president of operations for the Wachovia Center said that Broadview Networks helps Wachovia Center enhance the communications strategy and infrastructure. It is imperative nowadays to ensure that fans can connect to providers easily when they are evaluating entertainment options. Reliability and consistency are important requisites for any game or business, he added.
