Cardo Systems Recognizes Snowmobile Clubs with Monetary Award

January 19, 2012

Cardo Systems (News - Alert), Inc., a provider of wireless Bluetooth communications for helmet headsets, has revealed that the company has awarded a snowmobile communications system and $300 grant to each of the following Snowmobile Association Clubs:  Cherry Creek Sno-Goers (New York), Eastern Ontario Snowmobile Club (Ontario) and Lake Chelan Snowmobile Club (Washington).

The winning clubs submitted details about how they would utilize the funds to promote responsible snowmobiling in their local communities.

Cherry Creek Sno-Goers submitted an entry that won the company a scala rider G4A PowerSet for Snowmobiles and $300 to establish a youth chapter to encourage trail safety in the next-generation. Eastern Ontario Snowmobile Club, received the snowmobile Bluetooth communicator and $300 to promote club trail safety, while the Lake Chelan Snowmobile Club won a snowmobile helmet communication system and $300 in order to improve the warming shelters the club maintains on its snowmobile trails.

"Communication is one of the keys to safe snowmobiling," stated Abraham Glezerman, CEO of Cardo Systems, Inc. "With our scala rider G4 PowerSet, club snowmobilers can clearly and safely communicate. We're pleased to help the clubs meet group safety objectives with the $300 grants, and we congratulate all three winning clubs."

The scala rider G4 PowerSet for Snowmobiles is available through select distributors, retail outlets and specialty snowmobile shops and redefines the notion of high-end motorcycle intercom communication for bikers. For riding with other bikers or between couples riding together, the scala rider G4 PowerSet offers two factory paired scala rider G4 units in one package for immediate motorcycle intercom use. Encased in a rugged yet streamlined body, the scala rider G4 PowerSet offers bike-to-bike intercom capabilities at a remarkable range.

The scala rider G4 PowerSet also features a unique 4-way intercom between two bikers and two passengers or a 3-way Intercom among three separate bikers. And since several hundred thousand bikers are already using the scala rider G4 Powerset, a new and exciting feature called Click-to-Link was recently added to allow for spontaneous intercom connections with any G4 biker within intercom range.
