NASCAR Selects Convergys to Launch Ticketing Solutions

Allowing fans to call for all their NASCAR Sprint (News - Alert) Cup, Nationwide, and Camping World Series tickets needs, NASCAR has selected Convergys Corporation to launch a new toll-free number for fans to call for all their NASCAR Sprint Cup, Nationwide. This will provide more convenience to fans to get their tickets.

Convergys (News - Alert) provides solutions that optimize the everyday interactions between customers and employees. Managing these relationships, fostering improvement and adding value to them is how the company enables organizations worldwide to improve their business performance.

The companies can deliver innovative customer self-service applications with the help of Intervoice (News - Alert) Voice Portal, or “IVP,” from Convergys. It also allows many NASCAR fans who attend multiple races easier access to upcoming event ticket options to any of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, NASCAR Nationwide Series, and NASCAR Camping World Truck series events.

NASCAR chose Convergys’ speech self-service solution for its ability to deliver a superior customer experience while reducing costs, as the company wanted to provide fans with a single point of contact for their ticket and information needs. Convergys Relationship Management Solutions help clients uncover the true behavior of customers across self-service and agent-assisted channels.

Recently, the company announced that it has extended its distribution agreement with Information Technologies Australia, or “iTa,” an Australian provider of call automation solutions, to include Convergys Intelligent Automation Solutions, based on the Dynamic Decisioning platform. Convergys has been an iTa partner for the past 15 years.  The expansion of the agreement makes iTa the first reseller of Convergys Intelligent Automation Solutions in Australia.
