Penske Truck Leasing Chooses SpotlightTMS

Looking to administer its corporate ticket and sponsorship investments, Penske Truck Leasing has selected SpotlightTMS, a best-in-class SaaS (News - Alert) application for managing suite and ticket assets, the company has announced.

To build relationships with customers and prospects at major and minor league sports events in the Philadelphia metropolitan area, the truck and fleet leasing company uses approximately 4,000 ticket assets annually.

Penske selected SpotlightTMS because of its ability to quantify the benefits associated with sports and entertainment marketing as the company wanted an automated, transparent and efficient ticket management process that would yield accurate reporting data. Penske also lauded the software's easy set up, simplicity, and visibility of use, the company stated in a press release.

“Penske Truck Leasing recognizes the significant impact that sports entertainment can have on its revenues,” said Tony Knopp, Spotlight president and chairman in a company press release. “We're thrilled that the company has chosen SpotlightTMS to manage its ticket and suite assets in order to increase their ROI while measuring the business impact that these investments have on their bottom line.”

Penske didn't have to invest in additional hardware, or handle software installation, set up or maintenance as SpotlightTMS is delivered through the cloud. To provide real-time access to business impact reports that measure ticket inventory, top users, most invited companies, and ticket utilization, the Spotlight solution offers secure access through the Internet.

Apart from meeting IRS and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance reporting requirements, SpotlightTMS users can also distribute tickets, acquire additional tickets from multiple sources.

Recently, the company announced that its SaaS application SpotlightTMS is going to help Sacramento Kings manage suite and ticket assets and enable suite holders to maximize revenues and ROI from tickets.

The Spotlight Ticket Management is the first Software as a Service built to help companies understand the value of their tickets. Spotlight found that most companies don’t get the most out of their tickets, so they created a website to easily automate matters.
